Global craft media business F+W International is relocating to office space in Pynes Hill Court, Exeter from November 2015.

F+W International, part of American company F+W Media Inc. is a global leader in the craft industry. The company operates online ecommerce websites and publishes and distributes books in craft, art and other special interest categories. F+W International rebranded to become the international division of its parent company in 2011, having formally been known as David & Charles.

Talking about the move, Managing Director James Woollam said: "This is a very exciting time for our company. We have made a number of changes to our business to evolve from being a print based publishing company to an online media business. That strategy has allowed us to launch and acquire businesses that are in rapid growth and that have tremendous potential. The move to newly renovated offices in Pynes Hill goes hand in hand with those changes as we position ourselves for future opportunities in the craft industry."

"Having been originally founded in Newton Abbot in 1961, we will be sorry to say goodbye to our home of many years. After an extensive search we determined the Pynes Hill location would suit us best."

F+W International operates online businesses Sewandso.co.uk, Stitchcraftcreate.co.uk and Burdastyle.co.uk and publishes books under the imprint David & Charles. The Company distributes books published by F+W Media Inc under the imprints F+W, North Light, Writer’s Digest, Fons & Porter, Krause, and Adams. It also distributes books published by American publisher Dover Publications.
