In this video local expert Robin Adams from West Country Osteopaths gives us advice on how to avoid back and neck pain whilst at work.
Robin explains the key points to consider to help you avoid pain at work and what you need to do if you do suffer from pain “Sit at your desk with your spine upright.
Avoid 'computer hump' by keeping your chin tucked in, ensure your knees are slightly lower than your hips, which will help you to keep your spine upright.
Make sure your shoulders are held in line with your spine, and not stretched forward to reach the keyboard or mouse.”
