Local artists donate new signs to Dray Court in Exmouth

Two new mosaic signs were recently installed at Dray Court, in Rolle Road, Exmouth.

The signs, made and donated by Exmouth artists Allan Punton and Manya McMahon, are made from hand-cut Venetian glass.

The artists are now working on two further signs to be installed later in the year at Morgan Court, on the other side of Rolle Road, completing the overall theme of the four seasons.

Contributions towards the cost of the materials have been made by East Devon District Council and MPS Windows.

The artists have made a number of other mosaic works in the town, including the To Our Beach sign by the waterwheel at the entrance to Magnolia Walk, a series of bird panels on an Exe Estuary bench and some light-catching installations at Exmouth Library. More are planned.
