Laithwaite’s wine tasting event at Rougemont Hotel

Laithwaite’s Wine is holding a wine tasting event at the Rougemont Hotel in Exeter on March 25.

The event will give ticket holders the chance to taste over 30 wines and talk to many wine professionals.

Jamie Coleman, head chef at Saunton Sands Hotel, has been named South West Chef of the Year for 2016 at an awards ceremony at Exeter Golf and Country Club on Monday October 24.

The Master Innholder Scholarships opened for applications on 25 April 2016 for the 2017 intake of its next-level management training courses.

The fully-funded scholarships are open to both general managers and heads of departments regardless of where they work within the UK hospitality industry.
