Santas swing into action for Exeter YMCA

So who’s up for some fun festive frolics? Why not join the growing gang of Santa lookalikes shimmying 100ft down the @Renslade offices in central Exeter for Exeter YMCA’s fourth charity Santa Abseil, sponsored by Gilbert Stephens. Due to take place on Saturday 7th December, all moneys raised will help the YMCA continue to provide a home to over 40 young people and the support that they need to see a brighter future.

Peter Stephenson, Chief Executive of Exeter YMCA said, “Christmas is a time when many people are looking to give something back to their community. It’s also a time that is particularly difficult for the many young people across Devon without a place to call home. So Santa Abseil is a perfect opportunity to do something fun and festive whilst helping some of the most vulnerable people in our society.”

Alexandra Croft from Gilbert Stephens, who is all geared up to take part in the Santa Abseil said: “We have recruited an eager team of Santas from Gilbert Stephens’ Young Professionals Network, who will be cheered on by some cheeky elf helpers, and we can’t wait to support this vital local charity. We are really keen to have some festive fun while remembering the important work the Exeter YMCA does with young people in need locally.”
