Ashfords LLP celebrates Apprenticeship successes
Following completion of the CILEx Apprenticeship Scheme, Ashfords is thrilled to announce that five of their promising and enthusiastic apprentices, who joined the firm in September 2016, have been offered full-time positions at the firm.
Ashfords started their apprenticeship scheme in 2016 and its success means that the firm now looks forward to welcoming new apprentices each year, bringing with them a wealth of enthusiasm and passion to learn while they start developing their careers.
Ken Bryant, Head of Human Resources at Ashfords, commented: "Our apprenticeship scheme is now established in the firm and has been well received. We congratulate our first set of Apprentices on their successful completion and joining us as permanent employees. This scheme is highly rewarding, both for the individuals and the firm, reflecting our commitment to nurturing and encouraging talent at all levels".
The qualifying apprentices will be based in the firm's Residential Property, Equity Release, Corporate, and Commercial Litigation Teams.
Beth Stevens, who has been offered a position as a Legal Support Assistant in the firm's renowned Corporate Team commented: "The Apprenticeship Scheme has been a fantastic opportunity and I am delighted that Ashfords has offered me a permanent position on my qualification. The past 18 months has been challenging but the opportunity to learn whilst on the job has proven to be highly beneficial, and I am incredibly grateful for the support that I have received from Ashfords".
Ashfords has a further 9 apprentices across a range of departments, including the Commercial Property, Restructuring & Insolvency, Professional and Financial risks, IT and Marketing & BD Teams and are looking forward to the first Paralegal Apprentices completing their 24 month Apprenticeship later this year.
