Free parent first aid course in Exeter

Onelife Training UK Ltd, based in Marsh Barton in Exeter, has launched their first Parent First Aid course. The company have been teaching first aid, fire safety, health and safety and a whole range of courses for many years, and celebrate their 10 year anniversary in October of this year.

Their first aid in the workplace or Parent First Aid course is aimed at parents, grandparents and carers of children and babies and covers very topical areas such as basic life support, choking, meningitis and childhood diseases. The course is being held at the company’s training centre in Marsh Barton in Exeter on Saturday 24th February and Onelife Training have decided to give away 7 free spaces on the course which they are doing via a competition running on their Facebook page.

We have built up many years of experience working with clients and really value what they have to say. We had a lot of feedback to say a parent first aid course would be very welcomed as would a paediatric first aider course, so we listened and have put a course together which we hope will really help parents and carers learn how to administer first aid in the most stressful of situations”.

Onelife Training plans to follow up the Parent First Aid course with a first aid course for children aged 8 years +, helping them to understand the basics of first aid and what they can do in a crisis situation.
