Another award for Dr Ros and team!
A Devon medispa has scooped the top accolade at the industry’s most prestigious award ceremony.
Radiance MediSpa, on New North Road in Exeter, has won Medical Aesthetic Clinic of the Year at the Professional Beauty Awards 2016.
Up against the very best salon spas across the country, Dr Ros Debenham’s Radiance MediSpa was the number one choice of the judges in the Medical Aesthetic Clinic of the Year category. The award recognises companies who deliver excellent service in providing treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, fat freezing and laser treatments for customers.
Dr Ros Debenham, Owner of Radiance MediSpa, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to win this award. It is the highest honour in the industry, so a fantastic achievement and recognition of the dedication, expertise and quality customer care we pride ourselves on. We have won and been finalists in many awards, but this time we were visited by secret shoppers who are in the industry themselves, so this award means so much more.
“We are particularly proud of the aesthetic treatments that we provide. We make sure that we spend the time with people in the consultation process, so we really understand their needs and offer the right treatment for them.
“The whole team are delighted. The business has achieved so much in the last year and this really is the cherry on top of the cake!”
Radiance MediSpa has won a string of regional and national awards since moving to Exeter and opening just three years ago.
The Professional Beauty Awards honour the achievements of the beauty, spa, nails and aesthetics industry. This year, there were over 250 entries ahead of the ceremony in London. Judges were impressed with Radiance MediSpa’s excellent staff and patient care.
Eve Oxberry, Group Editor of Professional Beauty magazine, said: “The competition was very tough this year. We had some phenomenal businesses and individuals in the finals so to win is an outstanding achievement.”
The Exeter-based team pride themselves on providing treatments that customers would previously have travelled up to London for. They are continuously introducing the latest, cutting edge treatments in this ever progressing industry. Dr Ros prides herself on achieving the natural look so that clients get compliments like ‘You look well’ not ‘What have you had done?’
The medispa was opened in March 2013 by mother and daughter team Dr Ros and Katie Debenham. The duo started with one receptionist and one beauty therapist but the business has since grown considerably, boasting an extensive list of treatments, 11 treatment rooms, hair salon, private gym and nail boutique and a team of 14 staff.
It has also been announced that Radiance MediSpa has been shortlisted for City Centre Business of the Year in the 2016 Express & Echo Business Awards.
