Team ELF versus Team Bentos!

This March, join TEAM ELF as it takes on Chris Bentley and his team in ROCK SOLID at Escot Park!

Escot’s beautiful landscape is transformed into  a mud drenched  5k, 10k and 15k obstacle course race making it a great day out, fantastic team building exercise and a challenge for novices and iron-men alike.

Ex- Chiefs lock, Chris Bentley is taking part in the 15k route and says “ELF is a fantastic charity doing a great job within the city and, being a member of the Exeter Foundation, is certainly something that I’m keen to support. Indeed, I’m so keen that I’m going to drag my 19 stone frame around the 15k course which will be further than I’ve ever run in my life!!!”

Competitors can choose to enter on Saturday 19th or Sunday 20th March and can enjoy obstacles such as “Shawshank Escape”, “Tricep Tyranny” and “Son of a Bitch Ditch”! The event boasts hot showers, music and refreshments at the end.

Participants supporting ELF will benefit from a free event pack, free weekly bootcamp sessions in Exeter with Revolution Sports Physio, and the top fundraiser will win a £200 Hotel.com voucher!   Participants can enter for FREE if they can raise over £175.
