Hat trick for The Family Law Company at DASLS Awards

Three family law specialists from The Family Law Company are celebrating after winning awards in the 2017 Devon and Somerset Law Society (DASLS) Awards. With the marking of International Women’s Day this week, it is particularly apt that all three are women.

The trio, Business Development Director and Director of Legal Services, Rachel Buckley, Senior Associate Solicitor Grace Bradley and Associate Chartered Legal Executive Gemma Sparks collected their awards during a glittering event at Sandy Park.

Rachel said: “The company was shortlisted in four categories and we were delighted to collect the award in three of them.

“These awards serve to highlight our pioneering work in family law, an area of law that demands a combination of empathy, tenacity and innovation to help families achieve resolution.”

Rachel picked up the gong for Leader/Law Manager of the Year, Grace was named Solicitor of the Year and Gemma won the Support Team Member of the Year category.

“Congratulations are due to the many worthy winners in these awards, which highlight the integrity and leadership within the legal profession in the region,” added Rachel.

This is the latest in a string of awards for the company, which is celebrating its 25th year as a family law specialist. Last year it collected the Team of the Year Award in the inaugural DASLS Awards; Regional Firm of the Year, South in the Jordan Family Law Awards, and Private Client Team of the Year Highly Commended in the Modern Law Awards.
