MamaCafe Exeter

MamaCafe Exeter creates a nurturing space for mums to share common experiences, learn from each other and build friendships, from pregnancy through to baby’s first birthday.

We believe in a women’s innate ability to be a great mum and we support them to make gentle parenting choices such as baby wearing and co sleeping in a non-judgmental environment.

We meet on Wednesday mornings, 10-12noon at Munchkins Day Nursery in St Leonards, for cake, tea and chat, supporting each other on our individual parenting journeys. We have up to a dozen mums attending with their babies each week.

Some weeks we have a craft activity, including sewing, cross stitch and crochet, other weeks we discuss a parenting topic and for others we have a guest expert who gives a short presentation and then stays to join in the conversation afterwards.

MamaCafe Exeter is run by Arabella, local real nappy, babywearing and all things newborn baby loving owner of www.naturalnursery.co.uk and Starr Young active birth instructor at the Daisy Foundation.

10am – 12 noon, Wednesday during term time.
