New flagship office for WBW

Devon law firm WBW has acquired two floors of Castle Circus House, providing over 8,000 sq ft of purpose purpose-built office block on Union Street, Torquay.

The building was constructed in the late 1930’s by Walter Jenkins Marble.

Currently operating out of two smaller offices in the town, the plan is for both premises to relocate to the new flagship office in summer of this year.

The firm, which says it has grown considerably over recent years with the merger of Bynes and McDermott French. In addition the firm has employed a number of staff from Paignton based solicitors Eastleys when the firm closed in 2013.

WBW now has over 160 personnel spread across 5 offices and are continuing to grow with the development of more niche areas of work including Farm and Estates and Wealth Management. 

Both floors are due to commence an extensive refurbished project, that will offer flexible working space, meeting rooms, client area, modern staff facilities and secure storage.  Improvements to the exterior of the building including an upgrade to the front entrance.

Once complete the office will become the flagship office for WBW.
