Foot Anstey grows its trainee programme
Top 100 law firm Foot Anstey has continued its investment in developing lawyers of the future by appointing twelve new trainee solicitors, increasing their Trainee Programme population to twenty four.
The new Trainees each commence a two-year training contract with the firm which sees them work in at least six areas of the law, with leading Foot Anstey partners and lawyers.
Lex 100, the student guide to law, has described Foot Anstey as a firm with an 'entrepreneurial spirit, social colleagues and high quality cases'. Foot Anstey also ranked highly in Lex 100 in terms of quality of training and the type of work trainees are given.
In addition to their legal training, the new trainees will play a key role in the firm's CSR strategy by driving activity across the firm's network of offices in the South West.
Ramsey Mirza, HR Director at Foot Anstey, explained: "We have consistently increased our investment in our Trainee Programme over the past three years to ensure that the next generation of Foot Anstey lawyers are given top class training and the opportunity to see how our nationally acclaimed experts support the ambitions of our clients."
