Chiefs add brawn to Big Four campaign
South West Communications Group (swcomms) has leveraged its position as main sponsor of Exeter Chiefs by using four of its heavy-hitting players in a new marketing campaign.
The Big Four campaign aims to give personality to its four core business products: landlines, call charges, broadband and mobiles.
The advert will make its first appearance in Exeter Chiefs’ match day programme at this Saturday’s sell-out game against Leicester Tigers at the new-look Sandy Park.
It features England international Tom Johnson, captain Dean Mumm, lock Damian Welch and back-row Don Armand.
Sarah Flowers, swcomms’ sales director, said: “Landlines, call charges, broadband and mobiles are four utilities businesses simply cannot do without and we wanted to draw attention to that fact with the title’ Big Four’.
“However, they are just utilities. They do not come in nice, shiny packages and can be difficult to get excited about. By giving personalities and faces to these products, we hope to draw attention to our complete business offering and the savings businesses can make by consolidating all these costs from a single supplier.”
Other Chiefs players will feature in further adverts for this campaign, which will also be used in the local press, on social media and as eshot content.
