Regional sales training company Estadia has launched a new scheme designed to help businesses invest in essential training for their employees.

The new scheme will allow businesses to improve their cash flow while continuing to refresh and improve employees' performance. Based on the number of employees and training days that are anticipated over a 12-month period, businesses will pay a monthly fee month spread over one year that will support a healthier cash flow as well as providing a discount on the total cost of training.

Richard Palmer, Managing Director, Estadia explained: “Faced with the current challenging economy, businesses are having to cut budgets and often it is the funds for training that are worse hit. Yet it is trained and energized employees that a business needs to stimulate growth and problem solve in these tough times.”

The scheme coincides with the launch of a series of new course dates scheduled to run in Exeter throughout 2013. The series starts with an intensive one-day essential sales skills course on 19th February followed by a two-day essential telesales training session.

Mr Palmer stated: “Training is a valuable investment for any sized company and it requires consistent monitoring. For example through this scheme businesses will find they can afford to invest in two basic training days earlier in the year and importantly follow this up six months later with an advanced training day.”

The cost is worked out at £15 per delegate day which means five employees choosing to undertake two days a year will cost the business £150 each month for a year generating a total saving of £200.

Mr Palmer added: “We have enjoyed working with businesses as diverse as breweries, retail outlets to IT and banking support operations from Cornwall to Gloucester. We remain committed to helping businesses in the region weather the economic storm and I believe this cost-effective scheme will make training much more accessible for many businesses.”
