Love to cycle? Looking for a challenge?

Well now’s your chance to enter Devon’s biggest cycling event and to raise money for a vital local cause at the same time.

The Dartmoor Classic is one of the South West’s most well-known cycling events, offering 34, 67 and 107 mile routes, and allows you to see spectacular Dartmoor scenery whilst taking on an exciting challenge. All 3,000 places for the event sold out on the first day they came on sale.

This year Exeter YMCA has 15 charity places for the event and some of them are still available. By getting sponsored for your efforts you’ll not only get a thrilling experience but you’ll also be raising vital funds to support work with some of the most vulnerable in Exeter and Devon.

Exeter YMCA Chief Executive, Peter Stephenson, said, “It’s great to be a part of such a successful, well-regarded event and we’re so grateful to everyone who’s willing to take on such a significant challenge in support of our work.
“Every week we see young homeless people come into the YMCA in a place of crisis and through the stability of a safe home and the one-to-one support they receive we see their lives turned around. By taking part in this event you’ll help make that a reality for many more young homeless people.”
