Give it a go, with CEDA's BIG Challenge.
Tuesday 18 February will be a big day for CEDA, Exeter's local charity providing services for disabled people.
From 11am until 2pm the organisation will be showing off the achievements of its users from the past year along with giving all visitors to their BIG Challenge event the chance to try something different. Event organiser Howard Hoskins has assembled a great selection of participatory activities including Wildlife handling, Boxing, Trim Trail, DJ Skills and many more.
Activity Programme Manager Craig Bowden said "its great to show off the array of activities we have to offer at CEDA, we may not do all these activities everyday but the variety is very typical of that on offer to disabled people in the Exeter and surrounding areas".
The Big Challenge event is free to all and takes place at the Exeter University Sports Park from 11am on Tuesday 18th February. Parking is limited, but activities and fun is inclusive to all.
