Devon Art Society Summer Exhibition

Members of the Devon Art Society will be displaying their finest works at St Annes Hall, Babbacombe Road, Babbacombe.

The show runs from Saturday 1 August through until Sunday 16 August and admission is free.

The exhibition covers classical themes with floral, still-life, figurative and landscape as well as seascape subject matters. There will also be some abstracts but much of the work covers beautiful scenes of the West Country. You will be able to enjoy some high quality paintings large and small at affordable prices.

The Devon Art Society of Torquay has a long tradition of exhibiting and selling. Founded more than a hundred years ago there were painters of international standing in their midst. Some of the members will even be staging an exhibition in Germany this year.

Visitors are welcome to talk with the artists to share their impressions as several artists will be present throughout the exhibition.
