Burrington Estates launches first show home at flagship development in Topsham

Award-winning property developer, Burrington Estates New Homes, are celebrating the launch of their latest show home at their flagship development, EXIII, Topsham.

At a VIP event, the house builder welcomed current and early bird purchasers to view the home before the doors were opened to the public. Showcasing the best the region has to offer, the developer invited No.3, a newly opened coffee and wine bar in Topsham, to a selection of canapes for visitors to enjoy. The EXE Gin sponsored a pop up gin bar outside of the home with a selection of freshly produced cocktails available.

The Brook show home is a luxury four bedroom new home with an open plan kitchen, dining and family room with a set of bi-folding doors. There is a separate living room with a further set of bi-folding doors. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two of the larger bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. This home has the added benefit of a garage, two parking spaces and a spacious garden with patio area.

The new homes at EXIII are built with energy efficiency in mind with smart heating controls, high performance windows and excellent insulation levels. Customers can choose optional upgrades of car charging points and solar panels.

With Burrington Estates Sales and Leaseback scheme, homeowners can buy a show home and lease it back to the developer. By investing in a show home, the buyer is guaranteed up to a 5% annual yield for the duration of the lease. All bills, utilities and maintenance will be cared for by the developer during their use.
