Do you remember seeing winter messages from Devon’s NHS?
People invited to share their feedback in online survey
Devon’s health and care services are inviting feedback from local people on their experience of campaigns and messaging over the busy winter period.
Health and care services in Devon work together each winter to develop messages that support people to find the right service for their needs.
This includes how and where to find vaccination clinics, where to find urgent medical advice when you need it, and what to do when your child is unwell.
Dr Nigel Acheson, Chief Medical Officer at NHS Devon, said: “We want to know if you remember seeing or hearing any of our messages or campaign materials this winter, and if you did, whether this made any difference to the way you access local services.
“Taking just five minutes to fill out this short survey will help us decide how to approach campaigns and marketing next winter to ensure we are reaching people with important messages in the right way.
“It also helps us to assess whether the messages we put out and the way we reach local people is helpful and has an impact on the way they access services, particularly during the busy winter period when services are often under significant pressure.”
