YO! Sushi quickly taking shape for November launch

Soon the people of Exeter will be able to enjoy the YO! Sushi experience both in and out of the new restaurant (due to officially open on 22nd November), as it is set to offer a take away option. 

As these photographs show, the world-renowned sushi chain is nearing completion in time for an eager clientele. YO! Sushi’s dishes are freshly prepared on site daily by its nifty kitchen ninjas, whether to dine in or for takeaway. Although sushi is at the heart of YO! Sushi's concept and brand, you can choose from over 80 Japanese-inspired items, including delicious soups, rice or noodle-based dishes, salads, tempura and even hot classics like Chicken Katsu Curry, Salmon Teriyaki or Yakisoba noodles (some of the best sellers).

Need to fit into that little black dress or pair of skinny jeans? Fret not, because YO! Sushi have produced a nutritional booklet for its recipes, which incorporates the Food Standards Agency's (FSA) traffic light labelling approach to help you decide which YO! dish to pick for that healthier choice.
