Acknowledgement: Kurt Ernest

The family of the late Kurt Ernest would like to thank everyone who attended his funeral, for the cards and messages of sympathy, for the floral tributes and the donations received.

We also thank the staff from Culm ward, RD&E Hospital for their care and kindness to Kurt and his family, Dr Smallwood for his care and help, to the staff from the Lane Club Day Centre and to Kurt's Carers.
