Stewart Molyneux, Sales & Marketing Manager at Woodbury Park Hotel said: “Being awarded Best Devon Venue is such a great honour and is fantastic recognition for the amazing team we have in place.
"They work tirelessly to ensure that every bride and groom enjoys the most special day of their lives and for that to be acknowledged with an award like this is just incredible. I am so proud of all of them and it is no more than they deserve.
"We welcome almost a hundred happy couples every year and we try to make their dreams a reality. This means there is a huge amount of pressure on Cassie Middleton (Wedding Coordinator), Amy Furlong (Events Manager), as well as the Kitchen & Banqueting staff, led so admirably by Marion Dorricott, to pull it all together to make sure the day is as special as possible. We couldn’t be happier.”
Mike Coombes, Chair of the Exeter and Heart of Devon Hotels and Restaurants Association said: “We are so pleased that one of our members has been recognised at the South West wedding awards.
"Woodbury Park is a stunning venue and very much deserves the title of best Devon wedding venue 2015. Devon is a fantastic place for weddings; this is thanks to the abundance of natural beauty, our reputation for fantastic hospitality and award winning food and drink.”
