Helmores scoops three national awards

South West Estate Agents Helmores, based in Crediton, have secured three awards from the UK’s largest property industry directory and review website regarded by many as the definitive benchmark for comparing customer satisfaction levels of local agents.

Helmores fought off stiff competition to scoop Gold for the third year running as the best agent in EX17 and Crediton, Silver for Best Estate Agent in Devon and Silver for the best agents in the South West.

The independent, single office estate agency in Crediton is now ranked 49th out of 25295 firms in the UK.

The review site has received over 30,000 reviews of estate agents around the U.K. since it started in 2006 and allows the house buying and selling public the opportunity to give open and direct feedback on their experiences – good or bad.  Over 10,000 estate agency firms and over 18,000 individual branches are registered, allowing the general public direct access to a wide range of genuine reviews.

The excellent reviews were accumulated between the period from 1st September 2014 to 31st August 2015 with every agent started day one on a level playing field.
