Free Meditation for World Peace Day
Based on mindfulness and also classic guided meditation, this class is great for self improvement. It is designed to help you centre, to calm stress in your system, settle your emotions, and also to engage in spiritual growth through accessing subconscious wisdom.
Please arrive ten minutes early and have a cuppa downstairs before we start if you would like, so you arrive in good time and start in a non-rushed way.
