Crisp Professional Development to support local charity
Crisp Professional Development, Exeter’s long-established learning and development provider, have chosen Children’s Hospice South West as their 2017 Charity of the Year.
The charity, which supports life-limited children and their families, has 3 hospices in Devon, Cornwall and Bristol, providing respite, palliative and end of life care.
Crisp Professional Development will be offering financial support by donating money from every Open Course sale throughout 2017, but will also be actively fundraising for the charity.
Managing Director Shaun Durham said: “The whole Crisp team are committed to supporting Children’s Hospice South West as our chosen charity. As a valued client, we have already learned more about the amazing work that they do so when it came to selecting a charity, everyone was really excited about being able to support them.
It is not just about making a financial contribution – we will be taking part in various fundraising events throughout the year and are looking forward to highlighting the important contribution they make to the lives of life-limited children and their families, with our clients locally and right across the country.”
Naomi Dymond, Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser for the charity’s Devon-based hospice, Little Bridge House, will be working with Crisp Professional Development to make the most of the partnership.
She said: “We are so thrilled to have been chosen as the new Charity of the Year of Crisp Professional Development and can’t wait to get started! We rely almost entirely on the support of teams like Crisp, so without their support we couldn’t continue to be there for the families who need us the most. We have already had some chats about the year’s fundraising and they certainly have plenty of ideas up their sleeves!”
