Bride: The Wedding Show returns to Exeter
After a record-breaking show last October, Bride: The Wedding Show is making a return to Exeter’s Westpoint Arena on March 25 and 26.
Visitors will experience three catwalk shows each day and receive hair and makeup advice from stylists to inspire their big day.
On the Saturday and the Sunday, the event will be giving the first hundred brides through the door a goodie bag full of treats as well as token samples and favours.
To celebrate Mother’s Day on March 26, the first hundred mothers of the bride or groom to arrive will be given a mini bottle of prosecco to enjoy.
The event will be hosting live music and introducing a magician, to give the bride and groom ideas as to what entertainment to have at their wedding.
More than 4,000 people attended the show last year, the response from the visitors and exhibitors were extremely positive.
Karen Friend, from Tiverton, gets married this June. She visited the show last year with three friends.
“The show has been great. We watched the catwalk together and it was really good fun. We have had such a laugh,” she said.
Debbie Brown from Mad Cakes in Exeter was amazed by the response she received last year.
“Once again Bride: The Wedding Show was so well organised, it always makes life so much easier as an exhibitor. We experienced lots of crowds around our stand and lots of positive feedback. Social media was great too, with all of our tweets being retweeted by the organisers,” she said.
Tickets for Bride: The Wedding Show this March cost £5 each in advance or £15 for a group of four at http://www.theweddingshow.co.uk/buy-tickets/. If visitors would like to turn up on the day, the price of their ticket will cost £7.50.
