Ashfords LLP advise RGB on its acquisition of TecBuild Services Limited
National law firm Ashfords LLP has advised builders merchant, Rawle Gammon & Baker (RGB) on its acquisition of the business and assets of TecBuild Services Limited, a Bodmin-based builders merchant.
RGB is a leading independently owned traders business in the South West and employs over 300 staff. The acquisition of TecBuild Services will enhance RGB's offering throughout Cornwall and build on the company's growing expertise in building and construction.
Louise Workman, Corporate Partner at Ashfords LLP, led the team advising on the acquisition. The team included Emma Clayton (Solicitor); Sarah Lomas (Partner) who advised on the grant of a new lease to RGB; Su Apps (Associate) who advised on the TUPE and employment aspects of the acquisition; and Angus Bauer (Partner) who advised on the tax elements.
