Top 50 accolade for Thomas Westcott Chartered Accountants
For the second year running Thomas Westcott Chartered Accountants has been included in the Top 50 of the UK's leading accountancy practices.
The Top 50 is compiled every year by accounting sector bible Accountancy Age which surveys the UK's leading accountancy practices, delving into firms' fee incomes and number of partners before publishing a league table of those its deems to be the profession's elite.
Considered an essential research tool for decision makers seeking professional financial advice and services, entry into the Top 50 is recognition of excellence within a practice.
Not only was Thomas Westcott included in the Top 50 for the second year in a row, it also ranked two places higher than last year, underlining the firm's steady upward trajectory.
Welcoming the news, Thomas Westcott's Chairman, Richard Thomas, said: "Entry into the Top 50 is no mean feat, and to maintain that momentum and move even further up the league table is testament to the excellent work we do here in the South West."
The Top 50 ranking for Thomas Westcott comes hot on the heels of the firm being shortlisted at the British Accountancy Awards, the profession's annual "Oscars" event.
