An official replica of the Turin Shroud will be on display at St Andrew’s Church, Blundell’s Avenue, Tiverton from Tuesday 30 April until Sunday 5 May, 2013, from 10.30am to 4.30pm daily.

The Shroud will be on loan from Pam Moon, whose sister and brother-in-law, a local Vicar, worshipped at St Andrew’s before moving to North Devon.

There are just 10 replicas of the Turin Shroud, but this is the only one in the UK that is touring round to various cathedrals and churches.

The image is amazingly true to the real Shroud, but it is essential to read about it from the display boards to learn how to identify the component parts of the image.

There will also be an exhibition of stunning original paintings by Christian Artist Rosa Tuffney and coffee, tea and biscuits will be available.

For further information Email Jill Haines: jill.haines@ic24.net or call Rosa Tuffney on 01884 232975.
