The EMG Symphony Orchestra is putting on a concert in aid of FORCE Cancer Charity on Saturday 23 November at the Great Hall, Exeter University, starting at 7.30pm.

The FORCE and Francis Clark 10k, 5k and Family runs will be held at Powderham Castle on Sunday 8th September 2013 from 11 am. The 10k route will start on the field in front of the Castle, go up the driveway, along the footpath and out onto the road - taking in the wonderful estuary view. Organisers of the fourth Force/Francis Clark 10k Race at Powderham Castle have called for more runners to sign up for the annual event in a bid to break previous entry records and boost fundraising.
