Devon homebuilder Barratt David Wilson Homes Exeter is proud to announce its support for Hospiscare’s annual Christmas tree recycling initiative .

The housebuilder will be lending a hand to ensure the success of one of the charity’s key fundraising events, with sixteen members of staff volunteering during Thursday 9th and Friday 10th January 2025.

Taylor Wimpey Exeter has donated 187 washbags to homeless charity St Petrocks in Exeter.

Employees of the homebuilder spent several weeks supporting the washbag initiative led by CRASH, a national charity that helps the homeless. The initiative aims to provide vulnerable people around the UK with essential toiletry items including toothpaste, shower gel and sanitary products.

Up to fifty older people who are regularly supported by the Exminster-based health and wellbeing charity Westbank Community Health and Care have enjoyed a sociable Christmas lunch laid on by The Royal Oak pub in Exminster.

RGB Building Supplies recently hosted special curry evenings at local restaurants, treating customers and their friends to dinner as part of its “The Best Mate Curry Date” initiative.

For fish and chip shop owner Mark Dimelow, the historic Exeter Quayside means more than to most people.

Exeter-based charity Julian House unveiled its Christmas tree in Princesshay last week, decorated with handmade baubles created by students from Petroc’s Tiverton campus.

The Christmas Tree showcases the talents of Petroc students Harvey Hogan, Harvey Butler and Connor Pearce, under the guidance of their lecturer, Roger Edgecombe.
