Devon carers have been honoured for more than one thousand years of dedicated service to the Southern Healthcare care group.
The care home group, which has award-winning care homes in Exeter, Plymouth, Seaton, and Dawlish, invited 93 team members to an event celebrating long service for five, ten, 15, and 20 continuous years at the company.
Geoffrey Cox, managing director of Southern Healthcare, expressed his gratitude to the honorees, commending their passion and dedication, which helps create vibrant communities within their care homes.

County Lines is the term used to describe drug dealing where mobile phones are used to supply drugs, typically from large cities to towns and rural areas. County Lines are run by ‘Line Holders’ and the runners, often vulnerable people, deliver the drugs. The runners are often children being exploited and may possess knives or other weapons.
