A Fundraising Event has been planned for Exeter Forest School Kindergarten, to raise funds for a new outdoor classroom, to enable young children to learn and experience the outdoors.
The event will bring together families across Exeter at Riverside Leisure Centre on Saturday 3rd September from 3pm until 7pm to enjoy a range of games and activities for all ages, including a giant inflatable assault course and forest school activities. Exeter Forest School have launched a brand new outdoor Home Education Group for young children and teenagers in Exeter and the surrounding areas.
The group will begin as straight-forward forest-school, eg. den-building, bush-craft, free-play and aims to be able to develop, weaving in some elements of the school curriculum with underlying forest school activity themes.
The Home Education Group will give children and teenagers the opportunity to explore nature, build on their confidence skills and make long, lasting friends.
