George's Marvellous Medicine is set to delight young and old this Christmas

The Exeter Northcott Theatre is delighted to welcome The Birmingham Stage Company with their production of George’s Marvellous Medicine for Christmas 2014.

This acclaimed adaptation of Roald Dahl by Birmingham Stage Company and David Wood, shows a young boy who makes a marvellous new medicine to cure his grandmother of her terrifying temper. But when his grandmother drinks his special new potion, the most incredible things start to happen. And George's adventure has just begun!

After fantastic concerts performing with them in Sendai, Japan last year Kagemusha Taiko are extremely excited to welcome Kamo Tsunamura Daiko to the UK for a special concert on Sunday 16th November at the Exeter Northcott Theatre at 7.30pm.

Kamo Tsunamura Daiko bring to the stage all the joy, energy and excitement of the Japanese festival, or matsuri. The dance-like choreography of these drummers adds an extra dimension to the rhythms of traditional Japanese taiko, further augmented by beautiful, haunting melodies played on the bamboo flute.

‘Theatre Rush’ an Exeter based drama company, are close to finding the funding their latest project designed to bring storytelling to the city’s streets.
