Go along to the biggest and best ever Beacon Heath Summer Fete on Saturday July 2 from 12pm to 3pm.
The fete takes place at St James School and the neighbouring buildings, The Beacon Community Centre, formerly the Knight Club and The Beacon Nursery.
Lots of local organisations are taking part and it promises to be a great day out. There will be a bbq, live music, birds of prey, traditional fete games, Newtown Choir, coconut shy, face painting, craft stalls, refreshments, model trains, archery, bowling, table tennis, sock puppets, ice cream vans, smoothie bike, treasure hunt...
2016’s Broadclyst Fun Day and Family Dog Show will take place on Saturday 25th June on the Recreation ground, Broadclyst, kicking off at 11am with an action-packed day of kids races, events, displays, stalls and the very popular Family Dog Show with 10 classes commencing at 2pm.
For the young and young at heart, Fun Day offers a plethora of activities, entertainment and stalls to delight engage and wear off some youthful excess energy (where do they get it from…?). There will be plenty of fun in store this August at The Donkey Sanctuary’s Summer Fair. Taking place August 16th, from 10am to 4pm at Slade House Farm, Sidmouth, Devon, the much anticipated Fair will have something for the whole family.
This year’s line-up includes face painters, attractions, live music, games, Punch & Judy shows, as well as delicious local food, refreshments, ice cream and a beer tent. There will also be fundraising stalls offering an array of exciting products and activities as well as the opportunity to groom donkeys.
Christ Church will be holding their summer fete this Saturday (25th July) from 11am to 2pm.
Activities include facepainting, games, crafts and tabletop sale. Tea and cake will also be available for sale with funds going to support the work of Barnabas Fund.
