After three generations farming at Fordmore, near Cullompton, Devon, an award-winning farm shop has now moved into the twenty first century by introducing an online shop.

The farm, purchased during the perils of WW2, was originally called Plymtree but now trading as Fordmore Farm Shop has faced the present challenges of the pandemic by embracing on-line meat sales to support the business.

Twenty nine years ago, Richard Monk’s employer went bust. Being a surfer at heart, Rich saw no other option than to take over the surf shop in the Exeter arcade. Terminal illness charity, Marie Curie, has opened a new shop in Exeter. The shop on South Street is the first the charity has opened in Exeter and will raise vital funds to help Marie Curie Nurses care for people living with a terminal illness.
