Metta Theatre takes over Belmont Park playground with Monkey & Crocodile, featuring aerial circus, acrobatics, live music, skateboards and 100 fresh apples. Based on a classic Indian fable of friendship, betrayal and cunning, this is a show for children and adults alike. The show opens following the success of Metta’s recent production Arab Nights (at the Bikeshed Theatre) and previous family show, puppet opera The Elephant's Child (Arcola Theatre/Trafalgar Studios).

EAT Theatre brings you three short plays that explore the darker side of the human condition. Two are by a true forgotten hero of British Grand Guignol, Frederick Witney. The naturalistic viciousness that Witney injected into his writing resulted in Coals of Fire being banned outright when submitted for a licence for the 1920s London Grand Guignol. A blind woman warms herself by a fire whilst as a younger woman confesses that she is having an affair with her husband, with dire consequences!

The Cygnet Theatre in Exeter has been re-branded by Krage Design and has a new look Summer Brochure.

Rosalind Williams Principal commented: "Michael Krage of Krage Design has designed our new Cygnet Logo and brochure and Lee Hodges has illustrated some exciting posters for our summer plays, which promise to make a fabulous season, and we are confident that you will be tempted to sample some of the delights we have on offer.
