After trying 'Have Your Say' meetings with limited success we're now going to hold a Community Meeting.
This meeting will be for all residents who live on the 'West Side' of the river including Alphington and Marsh Barton, Cowick and St Thomas and also Exwick.
You'll be able to meet all the Police Teams who manage these area as well as the local Councillors and other partner agency colleagues.

Four Exeter primary schools are working more closely together to improve the education of their 1,270 pupils.
Bowhill, St Thomas, Alphington and Ide have this month formed the Exeter Learning Academy Trust.
All four schools are rated either good or outstanding by Ofsted but they say their closer working links will enable them to focus even more closely on improving their teaching and learning.

A Secondary school in Exeter was evacuated this morning after a ‘suspicious’ building fire was discovered. Staff and Students were evacuated from West Exe Technology College in St. Thomas after a fire was discovered in the school’s toilets at around 11am this morning. Fire crews from Middle moor and Danes Castle were dispatched to the school following several calls from the public. On arrival, crews confirmed a small fire in the ground floor toilet block. West Exe College has received a “good” rating from education inspectors.
A team of inspectors from regulator Ofsted visited the school for two days in an announced inspection in mid-January in which they obsered lessons and met with students and staff.
In their report, inspectors praised the good progress made among all students including those with special educational needs or disabilities, commenting: “Individual students’ needs are very well understood and skilled support is quickly put in place when necessary.”

Parents at an Exeter school have been sent a letter which says an investigation into the former headteacher's pay has found that professional standards were compromised and the college's reputation was brought into disrepute. Parents from West Exe Children’s Centre are organising a fundraising evening with a difference in aid of Carousel Toy Library, which provides a wide range of good quality toys for children to take home and play with for a week or two.
