An innovative new street league will be launched across Devon and Cornwall aimed at the growing urban sport scene.
Street Series South West will feature skateboarding, scootering and freestyle BMX events at facilities across the region next year. On Friday 12th October YMCA Exeter held its third annual fundraising dinner at Woodbury Park Hotel with guests including The High Sheriff of Devon, Mrs Grania Philips, and Chief Constable of Devon & Cornwall Police, Shaun Sawyer.

Residents and volunteers at YMCA Exeter are delighted to announce that a recording of their EP album “Blessing” is now available online to download from Spotify, Amazon, Deezer, Google Play and iTunes.
The EP album is the result of a joint project called ‘Making Invisible People Visible’, between YMCA Exeter and Professor Paul Cloke at The University of Exeter. The album took YMCA Exeter residents’ on an emotional journey through song-writing, creativity and public performance, giving them the opportunity to make their voices heard.

A group of dedicated young people, the Macula Collective, have been out in all weathers, all through the winter capturing images of Heavitree Pleasure Grounds - IN THE DARK! This project was commissioned by the people of Heavitree themselves as part of the Heavitree Squilometre project and we're pleased present the results of this youth-focused work in a pop-up Exhibition in Heavitree Park.

Social enterprises and organisations pursuing a public service mission are being invited to put forward their plan for the future running of Devon’s youth services.
