If you can get down to Totnes on 17th March you will be able to catch Gong playing live at Unit 23 Live, the former South Devon Arts Centre. The band started out in the late 60's and are still going strong, albeit no longer with the original line up. They have a worldwide following and included in their March tour are venues in such cities as Paris, Oslo, Copenhagen and Sao Paolo in Brasil !
The first-time promoter, a fan, is putting them on in Totnes as he lives locally and hopes to help out local voluntary organisations by donating any proceeds.
Casa Maroc in Exeter has just underdone a cool makeover, making it the bar, pizza, mezze experience in the South West. Its colourful, bohemian vibe makes it the ideal spot for pre and post-dinner drinks, but it’s really the incredible event space downstairs that will get people talking.
Its colourful and cosy atmosphere and interior makes it a beautiful location for birthday and wedding parties, and also maintains a certain privacy with its own running bar. With its own screen easily connected to laptops for presentations, the venue is more than suitable as a corporate or work...

Fourth base is a new upcoming alternative three piece rock band with plenty of talent to express; they started off busking around the town, then playing at a few events and now they have a line-up of their own gigs. The band recently had their radio debut on ‘Rivera FM’ a local online radio station for Torbay where they played a few of their original songs from their brand new EP.

A blind woman warms herself by a fire whilst as a younger woman confesses that she is having an affair with her husband, with dire consequences!
The Last Kiss is Witney's darker, and altogether nastier, adaptation of a Maurice Level...
