Wallabies Back Row Hooper to Become a Chief for 2025/26

Exeter Chiefs have kicked off their 2025/26 season recruitment on strong footing with the signing of Wallabies back row, Tom Hooper.

Heralded in Australia as an emerging firepower in the Wallabies set up, Hooper has accumulated 10 appearances for his country and 38 for his Super Rugby side, ACT Brumbies.

With a domestic season still to play with ACT Brumbies, the forward is eager to give his all to the competition before putting his best foot forward in the Premiership next season.

Exeter Chiefs and Ben Coen have put pen to paper on the young fly half’s first contract ahead of the 2024/25 season.

Coen was one of four Chiefs Academy players who recently won the World Rugby U20 Championship with England U20 alongside Chiefs senior coach Haydn Thomas.

Exeter Chiefs have recruited back row Martin Moloney just ahead of the 2024/25 season.

Moloney officially becomes a Chief having spent the majority of pre-season on trial in Devon from URC giants, Leinster Rugby.

Eight new players will run out for Exeter Chiefs Women when they travel to Hartpury University Stadium to take on Gloucester-Hartpury on Sunday.
