We are an ILM accredited centre, offering Level 2 to Level 5 bespoke courses (both in-house and as part of our open programme). All our open courses are available as in-house programmes, tailored to your needs

I am an advocate of Emotional Intelligence and use it in coaching to raise awareness and improve performance. We are also working with a number of clients on talent identification using EQi measures as part of the recruitment and succession planning process.

Through our sister company, Ki People, we provide career management and transistion coaching.
