Exeter Law Firm Moves Forward With New Head of Insolvency
Devon law firm Kitsons has announced the appointment of insolvency specialist Andrew Pay as its new Head of Insolvency.
Andrew replaces Emma Davy as Head of Insolvency in the firm’s Exeter office with the role of leading Kitsons’ Insolvency Team, building on existing valuable contacts, driving expansion and developing relationships with new clients across the South West.
Formerly an Associate Solicitor with Ashfords LLP, Andrew has more than 10 years experience dealing with personal and corporate insolvency matters, as well as advising construction teams on issues such as those arising from a company’s failure, claims by subcontractors, retention of title claims and investigations by liquidators.
