Icescape Westpoint opens next month

Icescape, a new, covered winter ice rink measuring over 12,000 square metres, is to launch at Icescape Westpoint in Exeter on Thursday 12th December 2024.

Icescape Westpoint will be installed at the South West’s premier event venue, Westpoint Arena, and can hold up to 400 skaters in each 45 minute skate session. The festive attraction will take place from Thursday 12th December 2024 to Sunday 5thJanuary 2025. 

On the 12th December, doors will open at 6:00pm, with professional skaters and members from Team GB performing on the ice at around 6:30pm with some spectacular routines. Why not be one of the first on the ice with 2-4-1 tickets available for the two public skate sessions at 7:00pm & 8:00pm?

Entry to the venue is free but if you want to ice skate, we recommend you book your ice skating tickets in advance online to avoid disappointment of missing out and to take advantage of online saver tickets and free parking.

Jamie Dann, Icescape Operations Director, said: “We are very excited to be bringing our ice rink to Westpoint Arena and Exeter this festive season. We’re very lucky to have some incredibly talented pro skaters opening the ice rink for us and have two public skating session afterwards at 2-4-1 prices. But don’t worry if you can’t skate with us on the opening night, as we are here until 5th January 2025 and we look forward to welcoming you all on the ice soon.”
