New women's boxing classes create a stronger, more connected community in Exeter

After success in Somerset, a new wave of fitness is about to take the Exeter community by storm, with exciting and empowering Women’s Boxing Fitness classes at KrisFit Training.

Kristie's classes are designed to encourage women of all ages and abilities build strength, confidence, and mental wellbeing in a safe and welcoming space.

These classes, led by female instructor Kris Herd, offer more than just a workout.

They are a fun space for women to come together, bond, and uplift one another as they develop physical and mental strength.

Whether you’re brand new to boxing fitness or have done this before, these sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, focusing on fun and positive energy.

"Boxing Fitness isn’t just about physical strength, it's about building confidence, fostering friendship, and improving mental wellbeing," says Kris Herd, the instructor and founder of KrisFit Training.

"In such a short space of time, we have created a supportive community where women can push their limits, have fun, and leave each session feeling empowered and stronger, both inside and out."

The women only classes in Exeter will be offered regularly at The Park Life Hub in Heavitree, Sunday mornings 8.45am -9.45am. Spots are likely to fill up quickly, so prospective participants are encouraged to book early.
