Communities impacted by the recent flash floods are being supported with a series of drop-in sessions over the coming weeks. Initial investigations have found that more than 200 homes were flooded during the torrential rainfall on Sunday 17 September. 135 new homes will be delivered on the eastern outskirts of Exeter by a five-star housebuilder after it secured planning permission to develop the next phase of housing at Mosshayne.
The houses will be the third phase of the development currently being built by Persimmon Homes South West, totalling 900 houses once completed.
