A new exhibition at Exeter’s Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery (RAMM) gives a wonderful insight into the splendour of the Victorian court. Forty four watercolours from the Royal Collection depict her remarkable visit to Paris in 1855.

A photographic exhibition which gives an insight into Devon’s war hospitals during the First World War (1914–18) has opened at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.

‘Devon Caring in War’ includes a series of images showing how the county’s war-wounded were cared for on their return home, including by the use of some pioneering therapy techniques.

A UK exhibition tour of many ‘never before seen’ photographs of David Bowie has been extended to include a visit to Exeter next spring.
