The local community in St Thomas, Exeter, has come together and organised a local community festival which is being held in the St Thomas Pleasure Grounds.

There will be lots to see and enjoy, with great local bands and musicians playing including Moscow Magazine, Tatty Hat, Cut Purse Rascals, Charlotte Ward and Hysteria Kids Rock Band. Order of events on the Music Stage will be hosted by talented local singer songwriter Karl Zumar.

There's also a Community Tent with belly dancing performances, puppetry, a scrap booking workshop and a chess masterclass. Local artist Adam Graddon will be running a pottery making workshop and there's story telling for the children. The St Thomas Primary School Choir and Samba Band will be performing, and a Gospel Singing Workshop with the St Thomas Gospel Choir.

Around the park visitors will find numerous stalls run by local traders and crafters, face painting, Morris Dancers and a Fun Run Bouncy Castle.

You won't go hungry as there is food and drink available, including vegetarian options, and an Ice Cream Van. There's also a festival raffle with an impressive list of prizes all donated from local traders, businesses and stall holders.

Entry is free, all are welcome! Come and join us for what promises to be a day filled with fun, food, music and laughter.
