Curated by Nick Hand and The Letterpress Collective, this exhibition brings together photography, film, letterpress prints, and the words of makers who dedicate their life to an unusual or rare craft or passion. Nick gathered these stories on epic cycle rides: from Land’s End to John O’ Groats, round the coast of Britain and Ireland and up the Hudson River - with a printing press on the back of his bike.

Students with a valid student card have the opportunity to come racing at Exeter for free on Wednesday, November 9.
The annual student-free-entry day includes a behind-the scenes-tour that starts an hour before the first race and gives an insight into a day at the races.

From 16 August to 31 August the Devon Art Society will be holding their summer exhibition at St Anne’s Hall, Babbacombe. The hall will be open every day 10am - 6pm. Admission is free.
Members of the society will be showing and selling original paintings, watercolours, pastels, oils, acrylics, mixed media, and more. The Society has a long tradition of exhibiting going back 102 years. Many famous names have passed through their doors with Arthur Hacker their first president being just one of them.

The local community in St Thomas, Exeter, has come together and organised a local community festival which is being held in the St Thomas Pleasure Grounds.
There will be lots to see and enjoy, with great local bands and musicians playing including Moscow Magazine, Tatty Hat, Cut Purse Rascals, Charlotte Ward and Hysteria Kids Rock Band. Order of events on the Music Stage will be hosted by talented local singer songwriter Karl Zumar.

Our last free storytime and creativity afternoon with renowned story teller Kevin Cotter. Bring your under 8s along for an afternoon of stories and creativity where they will learn all about the pea! This is a collaborative project between the Cafe at 36 and Love Local Food, helping children to learn and understand where their food comes from.
Drop in anytime between 2.45pm and 4.15 pm and relax over a cuppa with friends while the children are entertained.
There's no cost to join in.
